YourDaily.health is a personalized wellness guide delivered daily on your phone or computer to help you get back on track with your health. It starts with an intake form to get to know you, your personality, and your current health so we know where to start your health coaching path.
Our coaching revolves around thirteen pillars of health and wellness: Sleep, Food, Movement, Connection (Relationships, Social Life, Home Environment, Sex), Nature, Joy, Creativity, Finances, Purpose, Spirituality, Toxins, Stress Management, Trauma.
Beta means our service is still in development and you’re the first to try it. This initial version has our core set of features, but we haven’t yet built some of the additional bells and whistles that we have been dreaming up. And that’s where you come in!
We’d love for you to help us create what you’d like to have, rather than have us just guess. After a little time with Your Daily, we’ll ask you some questions about how you’re liking the program and what areas you think need improvement. You can contribute any ideas or thoughts that you have at any time along the way by visiting the “Contact Us” page within the app.
During beta, we’ll be focusing on the three tracks that move the needle the fastest in any health journey: stress, food, and sleep. Based on your answers in the intake form, we’ll start you on one of these tracks.
As of this moment, we are still putting the finishing touches on the mobile app and getting it ready for release on both iOS and Android devices. We hope to have it out to you very soon, and we will notify everyone the moment that happens.
Meanwhile, you can use our fully-functional “web app,” which is a members-only website that you can access on any device with a web browser – your phone, your tablet, your laptop, or your desktop computer. You can log in to the web app here: https://app.yourdaily.health/

Your Daily® is meant to be used daily (hence the name). You’ll get a reminder to log in each day and see your next lesson. After the lesson, we encourage you to take immediate action so that it’s fresh in your mind.
Your membership includes daily health coaching, a variety of tools for de-stressing, daily encouragement, access to monthly workshops, and additional resources.
During the beta period, the subscription is $20 USD per month. Discounts are available if you purchase a quarterly or annual subscription. Once the beta period is over, we anticipate that the price may increase.
One of the reasons people have so many health issues in our society is that we often put everyone else first. Having a daily practice, even for just a few moments a day, creates a habit of checking in with ourselves, first.

While Your Daily® was specifically designed to support those with chronic stress and illness, everyone can benefit from using Your Daily®. Let’s face it, there are more stressed-out folks out there than those running through the daisies these days.
We have real live human health coaches on the other side of Your Daily®, available to answer your questions. Use the “Contact Us” item in the main menu of the app to submit them. Because we’re just getting up and going, please give us up to 48 hours to respond. If you find you want 1:1 coaching with a live person, we have options for that as well.
We’re hosting workshops to support your daily activities in life, like how to read food labels, how to detox your home, how to batch-cook 7 meals in 90 minutes, etc. There will be real-life tactical workshops as well as some guest lectures to give you a better understanding of, and strategies for, your path to health and happiness.
Workshops are live-streamed through Zoom. We’ll email an invite and a link for the event for you to join us live. If you cannot attend a workshop live, don’t worry – we plan to archive them and make them available for viewing at a time that suits your schedule, starting a day or two after the initial workshop time.
The archive will be available within the app, although this feature is not yet ready.
Your Daily® was created specifically for people in burnout or who have autoimmune issues based on the health coaching of our founder, Shawna Bigby Davis. Shawna found that her clients who were deep in burnout and/or with autoimmune issues needed more support and had daily questions. She also frequently heard the same pieces of feedback:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund. Your membership will be valid until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will no longer auto-renew.
If you feel very strongly that you are having a bad experience and think that a refund is in order, please contact us using the “Contact Us” item in the main menu, and let us see if we can help you have a better experience.
You can change your password by navigating to the Account page (choose “My Account” from the main menu). Once you are on the Account page, enter your existing password, your new password, and then enter your new password again to confirm. Then click the “Update” button. You should see a message letting you know whether or not the change was successful. In some cases, it might take a few seconds before the message appears. If the update is successful, you will need to log in again (using your new password) before you can access any content in the app. If the update is not successful, try reloading the Account page and then trying again.
At this time, it is not possible to change your email address, as that is the primary way of identifying your account. We will be working on adding the ability to change your email address for a future version of the app. In the meantime, if it is absolutely critical that you change it (if, for example, you are about to lose access to the previously used email address), contact us and we will help you to change it manually.
If you notice something that isn’t behaving the way you think it should in the app, or you just have a suggestion for something that you think would make the app even better, you can submit your suggestion/bug report by following the “Contact Us” link on the main menu of the app and filling out the form on that page.
