Your Daily® is a platform to retrain the brain, recenter the body, and rejuvenate the soul by offering personalized health coaching, workshops, and premium content led by integrative nutrition and trauma therapies experts.
Our coaching revolves around nervous system regulation in all areas of your life, whether we’re talking about healing trauma wounds, learning better communication skills, or managing your finances.

Your Daily® is meant to be used daily (hence the name). We recommend that you start and follow your Daily Plan (available from the Today screen), which will give you information and practices to follow each day. You can also check in with your mind and body (by doing a “Check-In” on the De-Stress screen), after which you will get a set of tools recommended for you based on your mood. We encourage you to take immediate action based on the content, so that it’s fresh in your mind.
Have some questions about your specific symptoms? Ask our AI Health Coach. The coach is trained in our methodology, and can shed light on what might be causing your symptoms, or recommend some tools to help alleviate them.
If you are enrolled in any courses, you will find easy shortcuts to your next lessons.

The Your Daily® app membership allows you access to Daily Plans, the AI Health Coach, all De-Stress content, member-exclusive courses, and live events. Without the membership, much of that content is not available.
When you create an account in the app, you are automatically given a free trial for 3 days. We encourage you to take this time to check out all the features and content. Once the free trial is over, some features and content will be locked.
You will not be automatically charged at the end of the trial, unless you explicitly sign up for a membership subscription.
There are two tiers to the Your Daily® membership:
It’s not very much! It’s less than a dollar a day, and less than most people spend on supplements each month.
You can pay for your membership subscription quarterly, or save some money by paying annually. Details can be found on the membership page.
Prices may vary slightly from one country to another.
In short, no.
Some courses are available to all users, whether they have a membership or not. We do recommend that users enroll in a membership subscription so that they can get the most out of their courses by following up with the support tools that are available in the app, but it is not required.
Some courses may be available only to members.
Some courses are available for individual sale, and may be purchased by users who do not have a membership.
Users who have a Your Daily Plus (premium) membership have access to all of the courses in the app, including the ones that would otherwise be available for sale individually.
Some courses are available to all users for free, whether you have a membership or not.
Other courses are available for purchase, and the prices vary depending on the size of the course and the amount of lessons that the course contains.
Some courses will only be available to members.
You can expect that more courses will be added to the app in the weeks and months to come.
One of the reasons people have so many health issues in our society is that we often put everyone else first. Having a daily practice, even for just a few moments a day, creates a habit of checking in with ourselves, first.

While Your Daily® was originally designed to support those with chronic stress and illness (and particularly, autoimmune illnesses), everyone can benefit from using Your Daily®. Whether you have high stress levels, frequent gut problems, or you just want to learn more about preventing chronic illness, there is plenty of information and guidance here for you. Learn how to head off chronic illness by forming healthy habits now.
Not at all. At Your Daily®, we focus on helping people with high stress, anxiety, gut issues, or other related challenges. Statistically, these issues affect women significantly more frequently than men. But there’s no reason that men suffering from these issues can’t benefit from our coaching just as much as women.
The Reset Program is a health coaching program which teaches the fundamentals of how the nervous system, your gut, and your brain all work together to regulate everything that is going on in your body, as well as how your emotions affect and are affected by them. Understanding these principles will help you to take back control of your health in a way that you may not have believed was possible.
The Reset Program is no longer available to new users, although much of the approach and content that went into it is now part of the Daily Plan feature in the app.
Anyone who purchased the Reset Program in the past will still have access to it through the “Learn” section of the app.
We have real live human health coaches on the other side of Your Daily®, available to answer your questions. Use the Contact Us screen in the app (https://docs.yourdaily.app/screen-reference/contact-us) to submit them. Because we’re still a small business, please give us up to 48 hours to respond.
We’re hosting workshops to support your daily activities in life, like how to read food labels, how to detox your home, how to batch-cook 7 meals in 90 minutes, etc. There will be real-life tactical workshops as well as some guest lectures to give you a better understanding of, and strategies for, your path to health and happiness.
Live events are live-streamed through Zoom. We’ll email an invite and a link for the event for you to join us live. If you cannot attend a workshop live, don’t worry – we plan to archive them and make them available for viewing at a time that suits your schedule, starting a day or two after the initial workshop time.
Both joining live events and viewing the recorded playback of the events requires a Your Daily Plus (premium) membership, although users who are in their free trial period will also have access, until the trial period expires.
Your Daily® was created specifically for people experiencing nervous-system related issues, based on the health coaching of our founder, Shawna Bigby Davis. Shawna found that her clients who were deep in burnout and/or with autoimmune issues needed more support and had daily questions. She also frequently heard the same pieces of feedback:

You can cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund. Your membership will continue to be valid until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your membership will no longer auto-renew.
If you feel very strongly that you are having a bad experience and think that a refund is in order, please contact us using the “Contact Us” screen in the app, and let us see if we can help you have a better experience.

Users can now sign up using passwordless “magic” email links, which do not require a password.
If you have had an account since before version 1.7.0 of the app (when the magic link option was first introduced), you would have signed up with an email address and password.
It’s also possible for users who signed up via the magic link to add a password to their account, so that they can choose to log in using either method.

At this time, it is not possible to change your email address, as that is the primary way of identifying your account. We will be working on adding the ability to change your email address for a future version of the app.
In the meantime, if it is absolutely critical that you change it (if, for example, you are about to lose access to the previously used email address), contact us and we will help you to change it manually.
If you notice something that isn’t behaving the way you think it should in the app, or you just have a suggestion for something that you think would make the app better, you can submit your suggestion/bug report by visiting the “Contact Us” screen in the app (https://docs.yourdaily.app/screen-reference/contact-us) and filling out the form on that screen.
