Your Daily® is a daily nervous system regulation program delivered in an app, built around three symptom clusters: gut issues, anxiety, and stress.
Members get a personalized daily plan based on their specific symptoms, made up of short activities designed to stack together to create change.
Most plans take 3 to 10 minutes a day.
SOMATIC MOVEMENTS
Every day starts with a short body practice.
This is a brief, guided movement or breath-based practice.
It works as a warm-up to the rest of the session, designed to help relax the nervous system so the body has more capacity to take in and retain new information.
Calming the body first is what makes everything that follows actually land.
Additionally, it’s a way to get familiar with new tools and techniques by “trying them on.”
These tools sometimes look, and may even feel, weird, but small doses of repetition help them become more familiar and comfortable.
LESSONS
Every other day, members get a short lesson. A few minutes, plain language, no jargon.
The lesson explains what’s happening in their body and why, which matters because most people experiencing chronic gut issues, anxiety, or stress have normalized their experiences and have no framework for understanding what they’re feeling.
PRACTICES
Following the lesson is a practice:
This is a way to take what they just learned and apply it in a real moment of their actual day.
This is the piece most wellness content skips entirely.
Information without a bridge to real-life application rarely changes behavior.
Somatic practices without reframes and change in daily habits and behaviors are just a crutch.
We build the bridge between both.
ENCOURAGEMENTS
And lastly, an encouragement to finish out the day.
This is a moment of positive reinforcement. It isn’t affirmation gratitude filler, the nervous system builds new patterns more effectively when effort is met with acknowledgment and celebration.
All together it’s:
– Body practice
– Lesson
– Real-life practice
– Encouragement
Repeated daily, adjusted to the member’s symptoms and progress.
This is why our behavior change sticks: it’s built with reinforcement loops inside the structure itself.
Your Daily® is built on our Body-Pattern Framework™, developed over years of nervous system coaching and refined through real client experience.
The Body-Pattern Framework™ starts from a simple premise: change has to happen in two places at once.
The body’s physiological state (nervous system arousal, breath, muscle tension, gut-brain signaling) and the patterns that shape how a person interprets and responds to what’s happening to them (learned reactions, safety and danger predictions, self-talk).
Working on one without the other is why so many interventions don’t hold.
A calmer body can still be pulled back into dysregulation by an old pattern, and a reframed thought can’t take root in a body still stuck in fight-or-flight.
Regulate creates immediate physiological and emotional safety.
Rewire updates the interpretations and conditioned responses that keep pulling someone back into a stress state.
Replace turns the calmer state into a habit, so it becomes the new default rather than something that has to be re-earned each day.
These three mechanisms apply to both the body and the patterns, and the system moves between them based on what a member needs at a given moment, not on a fixed schedule.
Our RESET Process is how each of those three mechanisms actually gets delivered to a member, moment to moment.
It stands for:
Five phases that shape the pacing and tone of every practice: stabilizing the system, explaining why a reaction makes sense, offering comfort, anchoring a small repeatable action, and reinforcing the shift.
Where Regulate-Rewire-Replace defines what kind of change is happening, RESET defines how it’s paced so it stays safe and doesn’t outrun a member’s capacity.
A member’s plan is built from their specific symptom profile, whether that’s gut-dominant, anxiety-dominant, or stress-dominant.
This framework is grounded in peer-reviewed research in gut-brain science, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care, and has been reviewed and refined with Dr. Hussein Naji, PhD, our Head of Science.
Your Daily® organizes around gut issues, anxiety, and stress.
These are three common entry points into the same underlying pattern: a nervous system stuck in a stress response that hasn’t learned how to fully resolve.
Bloating, food reactivity, cramping, and digestive irregularity often persist despite clean diets and careful elimination protocols, because digestion depends on a parasympathetic, “safe” nervous system state. A body in fight-or-flight diverts resources away from digestion regardless of what’s on the plate.
Racing thoughts, hypervigilance, and physical tension are downstream of a nervous system that can’t distinguish between an acute threat and chronic low-grade stress.
Cognitive interventions help people understand anxiety.
Nervous system regulation helps the body stop generating it as readily.
Chronic activation without resolution becomes a new baseline.
Rest stops being restorative because the nervous system hasn’t learned how to fully come down. This shows up as exhaustion that doesn’t respond to sleep, irritability, and a sense of always running on empty.
Many members present with symptoms across all three categories, which is expected. The nervous system doesn’t organize itself by diagnostic category.
Your Daily® meets people wherever their primary symptom shows up and works with the underlying mechanism common to all three.
Your Daily® is built on four pillars, each represented in every plan:
The gut and brain are in constant bidirectional communication through the vagus nerve, enteric nervous system, and shared neurotransmitter pathways. Stress measurably alters gut motility, permeability, and the microbiome. This is established physiology, not theory.
The body holds and processes stress in ways that talk-based approaches alone often can’t reach. Somatic interventions work at the physiological level, which is part of why they can produce changes that purely cognitive approaches sometimes can’t.
The autonomic nervous system continuously assesses safety and threat, shifting between states of connection, activation, and shutdown. Understanding which state a person is in, and how to help them shift toward safety, is the organizing principle behind every Your Daily® practice.
Symptoms often carry more context and history than is visible on the surface. Our language, pacing, and practice design are built to guide without pushing, and to meet people where they actually are rather than where a generic protocol assumes they should be.
This work is guided and verified by Dr. Hussein Naji, PhD, our Head of Science, whose research background is in AI and data science for healthcare, and who has spent his career translating clinical research into tools people can actually use on their hardest days.
Our approach is grounded in peer-reviewed research from gut-brain science, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care, including work published by researchers affiliated with Penn, Stanford, UCLA, and Berkeley.
Your Daily® is not therapy, not a medical treatment, and not a replacement for the care you provide.
It’s built to work beside your practice, addressing the nervous system layer underneath the symptoms your clients bring to you.
If you’re a dietitian or nutritionist, your protocols depend on a digestive system that’s actually capable of digesting. A body stuck in a stress response resists nutritional intervention regardless of how sound the protocol is. Your Daily® calms that layer so your work has the physiological conditions it needs.
If you’re a doctor or physician, your patients often present with normal labs and persistent symptoms, because the nervous system dysregulation driving their symptoms doesn’t always show up on standard panels. Your Daily® addresses that gap directly, supporting whatever treatment plan you’ve put in place.
If you’re a therapist or counselor, the work you do in session needs somewhere to land between appointments. A nervous system that hasn’t learned to feel safe outside the therapy room struggles to integrate insight into lasting change. Your Daily® gives clients daily, structured support for that gap.
If you’re a chiropractor, PT OR OT, you’re already seeing the connection between chronic bracing and a dysregulated nervous system, even when that’s not why the client booked.
Your Daily® helps the body release the holding pattern that keeps pulling it back out of adjustment.
If you’re a health coach, your clients often understand exactly what they need to do and still can’t sustain it.
That’s rarely a discipline problem. It’s a nervous system that doesn’t feel calm enough to support consistent change.
Your Daily® builds that capacity underneath the habits you’re coaching toward.
In every case, the relationship is additive. We don’t diagnose, treat, or replace your scope of practice. We address what’s underneath it.
Let’s look at a sample day.
A notification opens to that day’s plan. First is the body practice, one to three minutes, guided.
For a client in an anxious or activated state, this might be a grounding or soothing practice.
For a gut-dominant plan, it may be a movement targeting the vagus nerve before the first meal.
A short lesson appears, one to two minutes of reading or audio.
Today’s lesson might explain why digestion shuts down under stress, or why the anxiety spiral isn’t a personal failing but a predictable nervous system pattern.
Immediately after, a real-life practice translates that lesson into something concrete: a specific thing to do before their next meal, their next hard conversation, their next moment of overwhelm.
If a flare-up or spike hits, the client can open the De-Stress Library, a set of 50+ short tools sorted by symptom and state, available any time outside the daily structure.
